2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 14-day refund window under the following conditions:

  • The product is returned in its original condition (for physical products).

Please note:

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

We will respond within 3-5 business days.


5. Refund Processing

  • Once your refund is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment.

  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.


6. Cancellations

If you placed an order and would like to cancel it before it's shipped or processed, contact us immediately at support@appcentic.com. Cancellations are only possible if the order hasn’t already been fulfilled by the third-party partner.
